1. Nature of the Service

Farmer ID Card Download is an independent, privately operated digital assistance portal designed to assist citizens, farmers, and online service centers (CSCs, Cyber Cafes, Maha e-Seva Kendras) with locating, previewing, and downloading available Farmer ID cards in high-resolution printable formats.

Non-Government Status: This platform is NOT an official government website, is NOT owned or operated by the Government of India, and is NOT officially affiliated with AgriStack or any State Agricultural Department. The platform provides commercial technical assistance only.

2. Service Fee & Promotional Offer (₹20)

The platform charges a nominal service facilitation fee of ₹20 (inclusive of applicable processing fees) for each completed card download.

• The standard and promotional service fee is fixed at ₹20.
• This promotional price is valid until ३१ दिसंबर २०२६.
• This fee covers server hosting, bilingual UI support, technical retrieval facilitation, and digital file rendering. It does not constitute a government statutory fee.

3. Eligibility & Service Availability

The delivery of the downloaded Farmer ID card is strictly contingent upon:

• The existence of valid, active, and accessible farmer records corresponding to the search parameters provided by the user.
• The user having lawful authority to search for and download the document for themselves or on behalf of an authorized client.
• We do not guarantee that every search query will yield an available card if the applicant is not enrolled in public records.

4. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Conduct

Users (both individual farmers and online center operators) agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful, and lawful identification details.
• Not use the portal to retrieve documents of unrelated persons without explicit permission.
• Not alter, tamper with, forge, or misuse downloaded identity specimens.
• Keep login credentials confidential and notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access.

5. Online Service Center Terms

Operators registering as an Online Service Center agree to transparently inform visiting farmers that our platform is an independent service provider charging a platform fee of ₹20. Service centers must not misrepresent our portal as an exclusive government department.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Farmer ID Card Download and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from downtime, telecommunication failures, or data inaccuracies outside our reasonable control. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the service fee paid (₹20).

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of the use of this portal shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Maharashtra, India.
